Don’t buy gold guides. Work as quickly as possible to reach level 70. Leveling from 60-70 will net you approximately 1600-1800 gold, leftover quests are another 1500 or so. And then if you do your dailies every day, you can easily make anywhere from 100-300 gold every day, in only a few hours. Doing dailies frequently for an extended period of time, usually 2-4 months can get you an epic flying mount with no grinding at all, just doing daily quests.
It depends what level you are. If you’re 70, gold is EASY to make through all the dailies where a quest will reward you 10 gold average, so you can make like 1000g in a week. If you are lower level I wouldn’t worry about it too much just wait until you’re level 70.
