I have a character in his early 76s and I got around 2.5k gold and I was thinking of starting earning some cash other than dailys. Im a miner and i know good places to farm crystallized water are there any other tricks. I already have the 60% flying mount skill is that as crap as it sounds or will it be just fine for some time?
I have a few level 80 characters.
What I usually do is fly around the Outlands or Northrend, depending on what I feel like mining, and when something comes up on the map, I come down and collect it. If there are any enemies, kill them quickly and mine it.
Or you can pick up another skill, like Herbalism. That way when you fly around, you can look for mine and Herbs, double the money.
You get a lot from doing this.
I suggest you fly low, so you can see them as well.
Also, don’t get Skinning. Theres not enough to skin.
As soon as you get the gold I would get epic flying as fast as possible. Trust me, it’s more than worth it.
Anyways, you’re still leveling. Just level by questing, while doing your mining, and you’ll have plenty of gold. Since you just hit 76, go to Sholozar Basin and say hello to the world of Saronite.
yea thats good, if you mine, sell bars, you could still do normal quests, a lot of the chains dish out decent gold or just do a ton of regular instances, at 76 you could do all the Northend instances (err, unless you’re a tank then u might have trouble with the lvl 80 ones unless you have an awesome healer) greed all the greens and sell them on AH or to an enchanter.
The 280% flying mount is insanely necessary for all aspects of the game. You can get it for around 2.5k g(I forget the actual amount). You will make this back just with the faster travel in less than a month depending on how often you play/farm.
